1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ground salt
½ teaspoon fresh pepper
1 large head cabbage, separated into leaves
1 can condensed tomato soup
½ cup sour cream
2 cups instant rice
Cook rice in the water. Add the ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Then put 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture onto a large cabbage leaf, which has been blanched in boiling water for 4 minutes. Roll up and tuck in both sides of cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes until done.
