1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
1 15 ounce can refried beans
8 burrito size tortillas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Add chili powder, cumin, onion powder, and refried beans. Turn heat to medium-low and cook until beans are warm, about 7 to 9 minutes. Heat tortillas according to package directions. On each tortilla, put about ½ cup of the meat and bean mixture. Top with about 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese. Fold in bottom and sides of tortillas; roll into a burrito and serve.
