Sklar wins young agriculturalist award

Shane Sklar of Lockhart was awarded this honor during the Professional Ag Workers of Texas (PAWT)  banquet held in Fort Worth, Texas, September 18, 2003.  He was among seven award winners that were presented by this organization.  Each year the PAWT holds their annual meeting in a different location in Texas where the members meet to discuss problems and share ideas, as well as tour various agricultural industries.  Sklar is the Executive Director of ICA.
