Branded Spur Creative names two new interns

FORT WORTH, TX—Branded Spur Creative, a full service livestock marketing agency and subsidiary of Cultivate Agency, welcomes two summer interns to the Justin, Texas office.
Lindsay Garrett, a May 2012 agricultural communications and journalism graduate from Texas A&M University, joins Branded Spur Creative as a summer intern. A Texas native, Garrett has a background in the purebred cattle industry. Her experience includes a communications internship with Morgan & Myers and writing and video internships with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the State Fair of Texas®. In addition, Garrett has written freelance articles for Southern Livestock Standard, Sim-brah World and Texas A&M University publications.
Garrett said, “I am excited to represent the agency at events across the country and work for our clients. I am looking forward to working with the talented staff of Branded Spur Creative and expanding my knowledge of marketing.”
Rachel Glascock also joins Branded Spur Creative as an intern. Glascock is a May 2012 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received a degree in animal science. Glascock’s strong agricultural background includes being raised on a purebred ranch near Denton, Texas and she was on the 2011-2012 TAMU Meats Judging Team. She is very familiar with Branded Spur Creative, as she has served as the junior account executive for two years at Cultivate Agency, parent company to Branded Spur Creative.
Glascock said, “It is an honor to continue to grow with Branded Spur Crea-tive and Cultivate Agency and be able to further assist our clients.”
Both interns will primarily work on the “Stock-show Confidential” ac-count and be traveling to various events nationwide this summer.
